Education policy advisor, Rhodes will have broad portfolio, Baker said in a statement. He will be responsible for improving coordination between the various branches of County Government, including the formulation of the budget effectively and comprehensive school education, innovation, the pursuit of reform, and advocacy at both the State and national level, all the roles traditionally held by the School Board.
