Texas woman denied food stamps shoots children, kill yourself

A woman who barricaded himself in Texas Office of welfare before shooting and killing her two children have been denied food stamps the previous month, officials said Tuesday.

The children, 10-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl, were in critical condition at the Hospital San Antonio Tuesday, said Joe Baeza, a Laredo Police Department investigators.

On Monday night, 38 years old woman entered office in Laredo and State welfare, while talking with two employees, pulled out a pistol and demanded to see a supervisor, Baeza said.

When trustees arrived, he persuaded the woman to two other employees go in exchange for him to stay. Meanwhile, about 25 others in the Office left the building, Baeza said.

About 7: 45 am, after two hours of negotiations with police, let the woman go supervisor. Another couple of hours negotiating with the woman who passes, often hanging in the police.
